Statement of Faith
At Royal Youth for Christ, we believe:
- In the Divine inspiration of the Bible as the only authoritative, final and infallible Word of God
- There is only one GOD, manifested in three Persons: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit
- In the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His teachings, crucifixion, resurrection and ascension into heaven
- That Man was created in the image of God before whom he walked in innocence, holiness and purity, but by voluntary disobedience and transgression, he fell to the depths of sin. Therefore, the only way to be saved from sin and its consequences is through repentance and faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ at Calvary
- In the Baptism of the Holy Ghost for all believers who are living sanctified lives and that it is evidenced by the speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives utterances
- That Divine Healing of sickness for all believers is provided through the atonement
- In the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit and the nine gifts of the Holy Ghost
- The second coming of Jesus and the Rapture of the church
- That Tribulation will occur between Christ’s second coming for his bride and His return in Judgment
- The Great White Throne Judgment as the final judgment when all unrepentant and wicked people will stand before God
- The new heaven and new earth will replace the current heaven and earth
- In Eternal heaven and Eternal hell as literal places of final destination of all saved and unsaved souls respectively
- In Water baptism by immersion as Jesus commanded
- Biblical Christian marriage is between a man and a woman as clearly taught by the word of God.
- In Restitution where stolen goods are returned to their rightful owners
- In the Lord’s supper, practiced to remember His death until He returns
- There is only one universal church, which is the body of Christ, comprising of all believers all over the world saved by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ
